Built on the same
principles as the portable barrel organs using
perforated music card-books, this instrument
plays the twenty-seven notes of the diatonic
scale. It conceals, as its predecessors, a deep
stop, the 4 bourdon enfolded round on
itself in the main body of the cabinetwork.
And what cabinetwork! It is
the result of the close working relationship
between Claude Le Gallou, carver, and Philippe
Crasse, organbuilder.
